He exceeded the level of customer service that we have previously experienced by miles. Not only was he giving us exactly what we asked for, but he got us in our new car in record timing. Quickest process ever. Which was wonderful cause we had to get to our Christmas shopping. We love Chris Nikel and all they have to offer, including rapid oil changes and car maintenance. Great auto sales person Ray Ortiz! I was fortunate enough to have been advised to see Ray Ortiz at Chris Nikel. I needed an SUV preferably a Nissan. Upon my arrival at the dealership Mr I was fortunate enough to have been advised to see Ray Ortiz at Chris Nikel. I needed an SUV preferably a Nissan. Upon my arrival at the dealership Mr Ortiz met me out front and was ready to show me what they had available. He knew their stock. The first vehicle I had passed over as it was a year earlier then my trade but as it turned out it was the one I bought. Mr Ortiz was patient not pushy and as I added requirements I wanted on a car he did not get frustrsted but more dedicated to help me. I appreciate a sales person like Mr Ortiz. We found the vehicle we wanted online but since we live in Wichita, we hated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive We enjoyed dealing with Chris Nikel CJDR. We found the vehicle we wanted online but since we live in Wichita, we hated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Broken Arrow, to find out there were blemishes or defects the pictures did not reveal. Caitlynn, was my initial contact and volunteered to video the interior and exterior for us which helped make our decision to buy. Ray was our salesman and was very helpful. By the time we finished the paperwork, Ray had the vehicle washed, topped off with gas and we were on the road home. Great place to buy a vehicle. Thanks to all of you who helped us.
