Unfortunately I already tried to contact someone outside of the dealership with Royal Group because my complaint was about Scott Chambers, but Scott refused to provide me any contact information. As a result, I was left to post this review because it was the only way available to register a complaint. I would be interested in sharing more detail about my experience in order to possibly help other customers avoid having the same experience I did.
