Jacques Perrault, my Sales Representative greeted me with a smile, handshake, and professionalism I've rarely seen. Jacques showed me what I asked for. I chose a 2019 Challenger. Unfortunately, it was spoken for. Jacques said he would find me a different one and in a color of my choosing. I wanted to purchase a car that day though, before i changed my mind. He showed me the 2010 HEMI with 21K miles perfect maintenance record and CARFAX verification. Decided to own it on the spot. Made the deal. Price was so good I paid cash and drove it off lot couple days later. Jacques guided me through the whole process and there was never any pressure. Happy, on a whim I decided I wanted a car that day. Best trade in experience in Southern Colorado! Taking in a trade-in with no idea on a car, I sat down with Chance and gave him my wishlist. He pulled out the perfect car from his inventory, moved m Taking in a trade-in with no idea on a car, I sat down with Chance and gave him my wishlist. He pulled out the perfect car from his inventory, moved multiple cars for a test drive, and took care of everything to where all I needed to do was pass over my old keys. Chance was amazing to work with and understanding with my crazy timeline and needs. If pictures were a thousand words, the smile on my face and the bow (missing from a displayed jeep) on my car was the best photo. Aaron in finance was perfect in getting to know me. From the start he made the note of my insurance and my previous financial agreement to where he was absolutely honest and to the point with what was best for me and for the car. I never felt like he or I had the upper hand but that we were a mutual benefit to each other. They made their cut of course (let's be honest) while I got what was the best bang for my buck. Aaron was incredible in breaking it down for me and explaining how the new finance would work on an every day basis. Perkins is never getting this car back, thanks Chance and Aaron! More
