In the heart of a torrential ice storm during the Christmas holiday weekend, my two-year old, 13,000 mile BMW X-5 45 e went dead while I was up in Mount Angel, Oregon from my home in California on vacation at my aunt’s home. He immediately took my car in and not only diagnosed and replaced a bad battery, he had the annual service completed and my car was made whole again so I could return home safely to California on time with my 90-yr old mother!! This dealership totally gets it, exactly what customer service should be everywhere!!
