I was impressed with his no pressure approach of guiding me to select the perfect truck fit for my needs. I was given the opportunity to test drive several different models and Frank showed a lot of patience as I queried him in detail about the features of the different models. Their online statement of "the price you see is the price you pay" is true- they did not factor in every single incentive under the sun to make the price look super low (which is unrealistic for most buyers). I went in for a service and worked with Aaron Younger and it was scheduled to take 1.5 hours and I was waiting. Aaron explained to me there was an issue getting the part they needed and didn't want me to wait, so I was offered a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around all day waiting for it! They put paper on the floor and the seat to keep the vehicle clean while they are servicing it. I'm still new to this dealership but I have been pleasantly surprised up to this point More
