I can't go into all the details of my recent purchase at DCH Lexus Santa Barbara, because no one would believe how amazing it was. Let me just say this dealership is typical of the best of the Lexus deal at DCH Lexus Santa Barbara, because no one would believe how amazing it was. Let me just say this dealership is typical of the best of the Lexus dealer experience. I have visited a dozen dealers during my travels around the country on business, and have bought three Lexus from Joe Green when he was at DCH Oxnard. I am still amazed at the level of customer service exhibited by virtually all Lexus dealers. DCH Santa Barbara is no exception. Joe Green has this cool, laid back persona that makes him a pleasure with whom to deal. Abby is a creative, very smart, seasoned veteran who really knows her product. Each employee I encountered was pleasant, helpful and professional. The dealership is not large but the showroom looks great and is well appointed. Lexus is the Nordstrom of the car business and DCH SB is a fine representative of the brand. I'm already planning my next car purchase with Joe! You only have to go to a second or third tier dealership to see the difference. (And, no, I do not work at DCH SB!) More

I bought a gently used 2010 Prius, from their pre-0owned inventory. I'd done a fair amount of research on the car, but Dana knew much more about it than I did. Look, I've always found buying a car to be something of an ordeal. And, honestly, I'm not the easiest customer. But Dana, Ron, Court, and later Abby, (who helped me to become acquainted with many of the car's features,) engaged in straight forward deal making. And it worked! These people are true pros, and they'll work with you. They aspire to the top of the food chain, and I'm sure they'll get there. More

I went into the dealership to check it out since I have heard from a couple of my friends that Lexus is now opened in Santa Barbara. She provided with the different options that are available in trying to fit my needs. I felt comfortable speaking with her and not forced to make any rash decision as I have experienced in other dealerships. More
