We had a SUV Lexus several years ago so we had experience to go with. After meeting with a sales person, Abby, and a sales manager, Alex, we arrived at a good trade-in price plus a reasonable new car price so it made the trade possible. They did have a problem with the car we selected so they would not let us take that car, but got an exact similar car the next day which we closed on. They handled everything fast and properly and to our complete satisfaction. Happy to be back into a Lexus and with this dealership. More

Just came look, but the deal was just too good to pass up! My wife and I were on our way down to Los Angeles to look at a couple of Acuras. We intended to buy a used Acura for use as a second car. We stopped My wife and I were on our way down to Los Angeles to look at a couple of Acuras. We intended to buy a used Acura for use as a second car. We stopped at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara just to allow me to look at my fantasy car, the Lexus LS 460 and as we pulled in my wife noticed a used ES 330 for sale. I should mention that I own and drive a Lexus GS 350, and Lexus of Santa Barbara took care of a service recall for me. I have never experienced dealer service as good as what I received at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. The entire process was seamless, and they went far above and beyond to make it a positive experience. They drove a loaner car to me at work 70 miles from Santa Barbara, took my car and did the work on time, then returned my car and picked up the loaner right on time. So it seemed that I should stop by and take a look at a couple of used LS models on their lot. Abby Gaetz joined us on the lot to offer her assistance and a test drive. She was very pleasant, friendly, and informative and showed us the car my wife was interested in as well as a couple of other options. We didn't buy a car that evening, and continue down to Los Angeles where we look at the Acura's and a few other cars. But the ES 330 at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara was stuck in my wife's head, so I Returned to Santa Barbara the next day. I entered into negotiations with Abby and sales manager Steve Garcia. It was pretty quick and relatively painless, both Steve and Abby are straight shooters, businesslike, and very professional. If I ever do get a chance to make my LS 460 dream a reality, I hope that I can make it happen at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. More
