The appraisal for the trade in was way Lower than what they should have, and even tho I pay cash upfront the roll over debt remained super high as they added a lot to increase their revenue. I had several issues with finance manager Ted Goldberg, but was satisfied dealing with Donovan, Mike Bushman. and Malik. Leroy Larson, Ozzie, and especially Tom Krizanic are very good in the management department. If you need to get your car serviced, make sure to ask for Ernest Baynes and Stefano Vigil. Colin Lord is also great service manager! More
