The BEST new car buying experience EVER! Let's face it, nothing is as uncertain as the new car buying experience, but because we had already done our research and because we are LOYAL Toyota Let's face it, nothing is as uncertain as the new car buying experience, but because we had already done our research and because we are LOYAL Toyota fans we walked away with a BIG smile on our faces (and a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid)! Diana Gumeniuc was a FABULOUS sales consultant and gave us hours of her time to explain the features of the Rav 4 Hybrid. Once we made our choice and confirmed our purchase she gave us the very best new car tutorial we have ever had. We drove away with confidence. and even for the features we are still unsure of Diana pointed out where we will find answers in the quick reference manual and reminded us we can always stop in for additional answers. As "mature" drivers many of the features are new to us, but Diana was never one bit condescending when we asked for clarification. She is so, so knowledgeable about the many features and smallest details of the Rav 4! We have enjoyed our Luther Toyota experience from the moment we first stopped by in March 2019 when we met with Amen, to our June 30th welcome/greeting from Abdi, to our looooong chats with Diana on the same day, to our financial discussions with Amanda.
