I worked with Thomas on the purchase of my C-HR BEV. I was happy with his laid back approach. No pressure. He even stayed late in spite of having a previous engagement. Good experience. I had a wonderful experience working with Ahmed while purchasing a Toyota Camry for my son. He was extremely cordial, well-informed, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we received a great deal. His purchasing a Toyota Camry for my son. He was extremely cordial, well-informed, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we received a great deal. His professionalism and transparency made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. What stood out even more was the exceptional after-sales service. I later noticed a discrepancy between the price communicated and the final invoice. Despite the contract already being signed, Ahmed took ownership of the situation and ensured that the originally promised price was honored. We subsequently received a credit note for the difference—something they were not obligated to do, but chose to out of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of honesty and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Ahmed as your sales representative if you are planning to visit Toyota in Brooklyn Park. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!! More
