Both the service person and then the manager listened carefully. Mr. Ibrahim even put on his winter coat on a very cold day to come out to our car to see what we were concerned about. Turns out, both things were just fine -- and explained to us patiently. Also, when we purchased this car from Sara Davis in 2016, it was the best car shopping experience of my life.
