Abdul Khalili was our sales representative and via phone we set up a visit to see the car. The visit was like a fantasy, the car was cleaner and shined better than a brand new car. The car had the features we wanted, Abdul was thorough on explaining the details for every question we had. The dealer ship and Abdul with the other representatives far exceeded our expectations, We negotiated an offer. Next day we set up an appointment and purchased the car. They provided offers for protecting the vehicle and maintenance agreements. We declined and drove away leaving our trade. We now have driven the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with Hemi to Miami and back a total of 3k miles round trip and are very satisfied. At around 67 mph we are getting better than 30 mpg (engine activated MDS system) 520 miles on one tank of gas with an additional 100 miles to go until empty. (downside owners manual recommends 89 + octane) Great dealership, great experience and great car. John More

Ryan called to follow up and I let her know I was unsatisfied with the service we initially received. Errol followed up with us that week to see if there was anything they could do to. He listened to what I was looking for, searched for vehicles for us and set up a time for my husband and I to come back in to look at / test drive what he found. The vehicles were all exactly what we had discussed. Kevin helped us get set up when we arrived, and Errol and his team stayed way past close that night to make sure we felt no pressure deciding and that we were happy with the experience. He even followed up the next couple of days to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were happy. I had some questions once I got home about all those fees, after a day I received a call from Jay who answered my questions. I got the feeling his feelings were hurt by my questions since I'm experienced with unscrupulous car sales persons. Safety features are on point. I was driving to work when the car ahead of me brake suddenly. I anticipated my new car recked, and then I felt the car brake itself. I was thanking God all the way to work. More
