Unlike many dealers I visited during my vehicle search the folks at Whitten Brothers of Midlothian actually seemed interested in my business. They were not aggressive but were definitely on the ball. Abdul was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and he had a lot of knowledge about processes. When I told them that I could get more for my trade-in at Carvana than they offered nobody tried to talk me out of it, they in fact encouraged me to take the better deal because it was in my best interests. I really appreciated that and it helped seal the deal as to my purchasing a used vehicle from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Hope in the financing department was also very good to work with. More

He definitely explored all options to get me the best deal and did not try to push me over my price range like associates at other dealerships typically do. He answered all of my questions openly and honestly. Abdul also allowed me to take the vehicle for another test drive on my own while he prepped the paperwork for the finance office. While the Sales department is what brings you in, the Service department is what keeps you coming back.
