Was looking for particular car on your website but it was on the lot. James assured me that he could get it if we wanted to negotiate a price. So we negotiated a fair price and was told they could get it wit on the lot. James assured me that he could get it if we wanted to negotiate a price. So we negotiated a fair price and was told they could get it with $2k down. I said would it quality for the 7 day return policy. He said it would not. I figured it was what I wanted so I agreed to purchase. Next, the finance guy came over and I told him that I wanted to pay cash. This was a terrible experience and was pressured into financing the vehicle. Something about losing $500. More
