Pleasantly Suprised Needed some recall work performed, 2014 Ram 1500 was making a ticking noise, found out it was an exhaust manifold leak which is common in the HEMI eng Needed some recall work performed, 2014 Ram 1500 was making a ticking noise, found out it was an exhaust manifold leak which is common in the HEMI engine. They had the truck for 2 days, got me a loaner, when I went to go pick it up I discovered some great news! Not only did the Power Train Warranty cover the exhaust leak repair, but the tech also discovered some transmission issues and that was covered as well! I was shocked that they went the extra mile and did so many repairs that where covered under the Power Train Warranty! I will be back for all regular maintenance and any future repairs I may need, I recommend them to EVERYONE!! Thanks guys, John More
