The Service Department Replaced the ECM W My Vehicle have been in Service Department off and on since June 2020, because the vehicle will not start. The Service Department Replaced the ECM Wiring Harness and now the vehicle Charging System do not work. More

Sale experience was great absolutely love my new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Service is the worst experience ever. At the same time of my purchase I dropped of my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Only “ Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Service is the worst experience ever. At the same time of my purchase I dropped of my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Only “9,000” Miles the first 1.5 WEEKS only updates I would get if I asked and just be told “the technician can’t diagnose the problem” totally incompetent. Now I am being told they ordered a part and it’s about three weeks out “to see if that is a problem”. So best case According to the service person I MAY get my jeep back after a MONTH AND HALF at the shop. 10/30/2020.. purchase great but take you new Vehicle back to service there at your own risk More

I just came in for donuts and coffee. There were no donuts, but the people were great and the coffee was brewed perfectly. I think the dealership did a good job in trying to fix my vehicle. Chris Lawhon was knowledgeable. I'm more concerned with my Jeep Rubicon being a lemon more than anything else. Horrible service. Always an issue every time I bring truck in. Been told stuff was under warranty then I had to pay. Won’t be back. Over priced. Have to take truck to a ford dealer to find broke mot truck in. Been told stuff was under warranty then I had to pay. Won’t be back. Over priced. The technicians and representatives treated us with the ultimate hospitality. They have condiments to help ease the pain of waiting. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was each time I’m told an ultimate hospitality. They have condiments to help ease the pain of waiting. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was each time I’m told an hour wait for a service and it’s always at least 2 hrs. It’s still one of my favorite places to buy and get my vehicle serviced! More
