I think the dealership did a good job in trying to fix my vehicle. Chris Lawhon was knowledgeable. I'm more concerned with my Jeep Rubicon being a lemon more than anything else. Horrible service. Always an issue every time I bring truck in. Been told stuff was under warranty then I had to pay. Won’t be back. Over priced. Have to take truck to a ford dealer to find broke mot truck in. Been told stuff was under warranty then I had to pay. Won’t be back. Over priced. Have to take truck to a ford dealer to find broke motor mount that I ask landers to look at 3-4 different times. And then said they’d fix us under warranty and instead charged me 700 ish dollars. Won’t deal with landers again. Nor will anyone in my family More

The technicians and representatives treated us with the ultimate hospitality. They have condiments to help ease the pain of waiting. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was each time I’m told an ultimate hospitality. They have condiments to help ease the pain of waiting. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was each time I’m told an hour wait for a service and it’s always at least 2 hrs. It’s still one of my favorite places to buy and get my vehicle serviced! More
