Excellent Experience I recently bought a certified used 2012 Nissan Rogue SV from Kelly Nissan. I was a bit apprehensive (this was the first car I had even bought on my ow I recently bought a certified used 2012 Nissan Rogue SV from Kelly Nissan. I was a bit apprehensive (this was the first car I had even bought on my own), but they made it very easy and put my mind at ease. Abe Sounalah and Ray Ferguson made the process very easy by working with my budget and making sure I was happy with the car I chose and comfortable with the payment plan. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

I would not buy from this dealer This is my first and last time I would purchase from this dealer. Had a very bad experience and I would not pay retail price for a car. After going th This is my first and last time I would purchase from this dealer. Had a very bad experience and I would not pay retail price for a car. After going through a though time they came down $500 from retail price and kids and wife love the car so I still went with it. Bought the car for a week and wanted to get something bigger for the family, but dealer offer $4000.00 off the car I just bought week ago. They already made profit for selling the car to me in first place and I`m willing to take a loss and just wanted to make it fair and split the difference but manager had a fit and wouldn't go with it. I just never seen a dealer that deal with customer like this. Before you buy make sure you read the reviews on there website. Next 3 days had car back for service and sat and waited for a good 2hrs and talking to some of the customer that was there and WOW I was not surprise hearing all the negative coming from all the other customer. I`m just a parents with 4 kids and just wanted a reliable car and not getting rip off. But I would say it again and again make sure you do your homework and not getting scam. More

This is the second time I have worked with Abe and he was awesome. Renewing a lease can sometimes be a challenge but working with Abe made it easy. He was attentive, quick and easy to work with. I already knew I wanted a Nissan Xterra, it's the perfect SUV for me. Abe was great to work with, very friendly. I'm very busy at this time of year and I was never kept waiting from sale to delivery. perfect SUV for me. Abe was great to work with, very friendly. Very much respect 4 salesman Abed Sovnalah, no pressure, very knowledgable about product. He did right by me. He remembered from my first lease what color I wanted (always white) and what options I perferre very knowledgable about product. He did right by me. Our experience at Kelly Nissan was great from start to finish. As our salesman, Abe was immediately friendly, very well informed and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we ended up with the vehicle finish. As our salesman, Abe was immediately friendly, very well informed and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted. Even while we waited to speak with the Sales Manager, Abe stayed with us providing answers to our questions and pointing out facts about the vehicle in which we were interested. Once a price was negotiated, the remainder of the process was pretty quick and went smoothly. Like Abe...we found Ray to be personable, professional and informative. Having recently purchased another new car from a different dealer, we were able to compare experiences. Our experience with Kelly proved that they were keen on providing good customer service, were honest, and they didn't apply tactics sometimes associated with car dealers. Since our purchase, we have recommended Abe and Kelly to friends and family! Thanks! More

Abed was outstanding. I dread the car buying process to the point where I just go in and give my number of where I want to be. If you can meet it, great. If not, no problem, I gotta go. Sitting down and going through the process of exchanging numbers is loathsome and I cant do it anymore. When I met Abe, I gave him my number, he was honest and said he couldn't do it, and I left. It was the best experience I had had to date buying a car. No joke. I was so appreciative of Abe's straight honesty, I sat in my car for a minute wondering if I should go back in and thank him, which would have been ridiculous. We then went to another dealer where they wasted no time wasting my time. (understand my wife was pregnant and due any minute) Pissed, I told my wife we're going to wait until after the baby was born. The next day, no baby, but Abe called and said he had what we were looking for and at the number we wanted. I grilled him to make sure I wasn't going there only to play 'let me talk with my manager', and Abe assured me everything was legit. It was. He had what we wanted, made my wife and boy feel very comfortable during the transfer process, and we drove out with our vehicle that night. Abe was incredible, a true professional. We can't thank Abe and Kelly Nissan enough for making this process painless and easy. We love our truck. I hate car dealerships. That being said, go see Abe. He'll change your mind about car sales professionals. More

When we first came in Abe had told us that the online salesperson we had been speaking to on the phone, Brian, was not there, but that he could help us...From the initial get go he was actually rude, wou salesperson we had been speaking to on the phone, Brian, was not there, but that he could help us...From the initial get go he was actually rude, would not speak to Katie and was very dismissing of her questions. We went on a test drive and although we were telling him which vehicle we were interested in (a new 2012 Pathfinder, silver edition on special that we eventually bought) he would not stop showing us two used vehicles even though we repeatedly told him that we were not interested, He wouldn't take out the new 2012 silver edition Pathfinder that we wanted to drive and so we left....we shopped around to Kia and Chevrolet and decided that we wanted to go back to Nissan we really liked the 2012 pathfinder.....so Katie spoke to someone there who put us in touch with Corey Ragusa who was great from the get go, concerned and willing, he was a great redemption for your dealership....we finally got to drive that silver edition! We love it and are very happy with our purchase....I did call back the day after we bought the vehicle and spoke to Corey because the interior front lights were not coming on automatically with the doors, even though the switch was in the right position, and he was very helpful letting me know how to rectify the situation. Overall we were very satisfied with Kelly Nissan and we are very glad we came back and gave you a second chance.....Thank you so much! More
