1st when I got the car the Ac was no good called right away being a new car and no response to that the only thing I was told is to take it to service but why if I bought a new car 2025 left it there for away being a new car and no response to that the only thing I was told is to take it to service but why if I bought a new car 2025 left it there for 9 days and was the compressor service department was great but sales sucks never got anyone who would help me change the car or give me a face overall sales department has no words. Had to wait for a new car to be fixed instead of they own the issue and help me with changing the car. More

My husband purchased my SORENTO from Daytona KIA on Friday 3/21 with no questions asked… he took the 10k loss on my Yukon and we paid OVER sticker for the SORENTO… no worries, we are happy! He asked that the windows be tinted and got ran around constantly until today was told no we didn’t promise you that… really??? Really you’re going to ruin a good relationship for $150!! How stupid! I will NEVER do business with Daytona KIA, I will not have my service done there… I will not ever say anything good about them and certainly I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there! More
