Abiola was responsive and facilitated the buying. He brought the particular car from Baltimore so we could test drive. During my inquire and Prior to visiting the store Abiiola was very addictive it always reply back to my texts. When arriving to my appointment, he was patient and able to answer every question and able to a was very addictive it always reply back to my texts. When arriving to my appointment, he was patient and able to answer every question and able to answer as I went back-and-forth, about which car I want it and even help me with test driving two different vehicles to make a final decision. The financial part was quick and easy, no high-pressure sales. To top it off, Amit was there to help me explore all the new features of the car. The gentleman who handled the financial matters was extremely professional, we felt hassle free, which is usually not tyiical because they want to sell all their packages; this time was different. After the purchase, Mr. Amit was awesome! He took his time to explain each single feature and customized my preference settings. It’s been 2.5 months since we bought the vehicle, and I enjoy it every single time. I highly recommend the Silver Spring BMW dealer, and it will be our dealer of preference. More
