The sales portion was very good , no complaints, everyone was very nice and the customer service was pleasant. My issue is the service department, don’t get me wrong they were very nice and apologetic but was very nice and the customer service was pleasant. My issue is the service department, don’t get me wrong they were very nice and apologetic but their communications was horrible. The day we purchased my car, before I left the lot, mind you after I had signed all the paperwork to purchase my sales guy tells me there’s an issue with the backup camera but all it needs is a reset, call on Monday and they will get it taken care of…. And here is part of my experience… May 6, 2023 Test drove brand new black Mitsubishi Outlander stock #6969 Returned to lot, backed into the parking space and 360° cameras fully functioning and working, Wahab pointed out that the cameras show the full car Wr decided to purchase the same Mitsubishi Outlander, had 4 miles on it after we test drove it They took the car to clean it up for me to take home - I was advised the backup camera for some reason is not working and it just needs to be reprogrammed, to call Monday to bring it in because service was already gone for the day May 8, 2023 Called, talked Wahab, he transferred me to service, talked to Chris or Mark who told me he would transfer me to scheduling Talked to in scheduling, scheduled an appointment for 2:15pm today 5/8/23 My daughter took the car in, I was called and advised by her that they need to do a diagnostic to find out what’s wrong, I said I thought it just needed to be programmed and asked to speak with the service guy. Talked to Chris at that time and he advised if it needed to be reprogrammed the screen would be black but the screen is blue so they have to do a diagnostic to figure out what’s going on and if they need to replace the camera it would have to be ordered. If ordered from Chicago it could be in in a day or two, if from Washington or Philly, by the end of the week, if out of stock he doesn’t know when it will be in but the diagnostic will take 1.5 - 2hrs I sent Wahab a text….. Hey Wahab Not a very happy camper right now….. so the camera is not as simple as reprogramming…. There has to be diagnostic and possible replacing the camera which “could” be a while if the camera has to be ordered…. That doesn’t make me feel good about my band new car….. Wahab called and said he was just advised the same and he would not be happy either and he apologized, said he will give me a call back. He did not call back….. Kennadi calls and says she doesn’t have good news. They did the diagnostic and they don’t know what the issue is and Wahab had to leave. So I will have to bring the car back in a couple days. I have to call and make an appointment and they will schedule a loaner. I called Abiola explained what is going on and he said Wahab just let him know an hour ago what is going on but the good thing is I have a new car and they will fix the issue but he has a custom in his office and will give me a call back. Ashes where to call I advised my cell phone. May 8, 2023 Called service, talked to Ashley, she doesn’t have anything until Monday 5/15, will drop the car off on Monday 5/15 after work, I get off at 4:00. Pick up a loaner and they will service it on Tuesday 5/16. They have nothing earlier that will provide a loaner If there’s an issue someone will call me back Abiola called back, I explained the issue to him and he advised whatever the issue is, they will get it fixed, he is going to talk to Chris in service, he said he will probably tell him the same thing but he will talk to him and call me back….. he understands my frustration with getting $45 thousand and having issues and he said he knows we had a good experience with him at the other location, had a good experience with Wahab as sales and with him as business manager, he will talk to Chris and call me back and apologize for my frustration..,,, There is definitely more.,.. More
