Please avoid going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for purchasing a new vehicle. I just went to enquire about RAV4 but they made me to pay advance amount. The sales person talking to me for an hour compel me sign a a new vehicle. I just went to enquire about RAV4 but they made me to pay advance amount. The sales person talking to me for an hour compel me sign a contract or pay advance amount, since he said I have invested one hour and I am not working for free. Next day he sold me RAV4 XLE with many hidden amount which he did not explain to me. Next is worst part is, Finance manager sold their product which added $100 in the EMI. We said that we already have insurance but he is not ready to leave us with buying their product. Totally all the staff are money minded and not worry about the customer requirements and feeling. So my advice is to ignore Toyota of Tampa Bay when you want to purchase a new vehicle. More

Bait and switch trade in values, and refuse to hand over your car keys when you want to leave! This place is a dump. $3995 Toyota advantage charge on every new car for what? I’d be on some serious meds if I worked here. Abraham abdullah is rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be selling cars. I’ll go anywhere else and gladly pay more to avoid such a poor and shameful experience. Hear that management? I’ll go pay MORE to somewhere that actually has integrity. More
