My experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay, DON'T! !! I planned to purchase a vehicle from the dealership and drove for an hour plus in rush hour traffic to discover they sold it the night before! WTH !! I planned to purchase a vehicle from the dealership and drove for an hour plus in rush hour traffic to discover they sold it the night before! WTH I was in communication with the dealer rep a mere 2 minutes before getting my handicapped wife and her wheelchair. She stated the vehicle was in stock. We sat in rush hour traffic for OVER AN HOUR!! How freakin' inconsiderate!! I am not blaming the actual salesperson, he was very pleasant and apologetic. Anyone that's a caretaker would truly understand what it takes to travel with a person with limited abilities. YOU SORRY SOBs NEED TO DO BETTER!!! More
