We dealt with Abram and Dave C both were decent. Felt like a bait and switch when it came to financing. If you have good credit and your own credit Union I would go in with your approval letter. We specifically asked to use our credit Union and were told they didn’t respond. We have excellent credit and we’re put into a high interest rate loan with a bank I believe makes the most money for the dealership. This is my opinion as I went to my credit union the next day and was told it would have been 2.5% less with them. They also asked “did they tell you we didn’t respond?” They may not have dealer fees but in my option they make up for it by using their preferred lender. Also took almost 3 hours when we had already picked out the vehicle and had gone through the online application. More
