Long trip for a great car We totaled out or Saab 9-3 and I found one in Ohio. I thought it would be worth the 4 hour trip to get a rust free car. After the long trip I found the car in poor shape. I was upset to say the least. I googled Saab 9-3's near Columbus and a good looking one came up at Germain's so I traveled further. This Saab was the nicest 2006 vehicle I have ever seen. You can tell Germain's picks their used cars wisely. Abubakar helped with the sale and he couldn't have been more professional and kind. He showed me around the entire dealership and explained the care that they go through with their cars. Now this was a ten year old car, but they treated me like I was buying a $70,000.00 brand new Lexus. I had at least 5 employees shook my hand and thanked me for my business. What a pleasure guys, especially after I thought I might had made an all day trip for nothing. More
