Acey Booker is absolutely PHENOMENAL. He’s is always willing to help and find a solution to my problems. Brought my Edge in for a problem that 2 other local dealers couldn’t figure out. Acey went for a ride with me, heard the noise & made sure it was repaired quickly. Even went for a road test with me after the repairs were done to make sure everything checked out. 10/10 would recommend. More

Service department needs to work on their Customer Service skills. Finally got brakes fixed after 2 tries. I have taken in 3 times for transmission and still not fixed. Had to get hold of 800 custo Service skills. Finally got brakes fixed after 2 tries. I have taken in 3 times for transmission and still not fixed. Had to get hold of 800 customer service before they would even begin trying to fix my car. Had to contact General Manager to get a rental car, since I ended up without vehicle for 4 days before I could even get a rental. Was lied to about mileage, vehicle was moved around to over 30 deal ships before sold to me. Still has over 14 recalls that are not resolved yet. Sales Department-Susan Fulcher is wonderful to work with and help with trying to get Explorer fixed. I have asked several times to buy back but still have not. I do not trust this vehicle at all. I know for sure this is the last Ford I will ever buy. NEVERY BUY FORD ESPECIALLY FROM AML FORD More
