The service is always outstanding and the people are incredibly nice. Adair Juan-Bautista was the saleman I dealt with in this most recent purchase. He was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. He was very responsive and open and spent a significant amount of time with me. I am unable to click on the stars below but I would definitely give Adair five stars. Also five stars for all the other categories. I do not generally like buying new cars because I don't like the negotiation and haggling normally associate with it. This experience was a pleasure. I never felt pressured or felt like I was being fed a line. I felt that Adair and Eric Edens were being very reasonable and fair with me. More
