They wasn’t friendly I felt they was trying to get over on me. They wasn’t personal I felt just like an ordinary person. They didn’t try to help close my hood after changing the oil. Quick service for sensor problem that could have caused a rear end collision. Car was stopping suddenly for no reason. Happened 3 times.
