car broke down and i barely made it to the dealership, no appointment and these guys took me right in and had a diagnosis by the end of the day. they also gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my warranty re appointment and these guys took me right in and had a diagnosis by the end of the day. they also gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my warranty repairs were made. picked up the car and couldn’t even tell it was worked on and i mean as in no fingerprints, scratches or issues whatsoever. Jenny was my service advisor always a sweetheart and I also talked to pete the assistant service manager , who is always on top of things. both of them kept me in the loop as i was waiting for the part to come in. I drive a civic Type R and it’s my baby so the thought of somebody working on it makes me uneasy but the car was in good hands for sure. thanks again - Jason More

I have very positive response about the dealer ship. How ever, I expected price for Diagnostics is included in the repair.....How ever, I had to pay extra fees for diagnostics. Also My battery was n How ever, I expected price for Diagnostics is included in the repair.....How ever, I had to pay extra fees for diagnostics. Also My battery was not fully dead...but dealer ship said that it was dead. Other than this...I will give 6 stars for their service. More

Exhaust diagnosis cost of 130 dollars that would not apply to the repairs . Penske & Hare Honda's dealership Price for this diagnosis is 79 dollars and this IS applied to the repairs . After my car was serviced it required more parts.
