I am 22 years old and have a huge passion for cars. Ever since I was a little kid, cars have been a big part of my life! My mom can tell you stories of me being in a car seat and saying the names of all the cars as they drove by. Currently, I drive a Mustang, a Jeep, and very soon a Subaru will join my driveway, which I am very excited about! I have been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 4 years now. I originally started out in our service department as a porter, where I learned to love the Subaru brand. After a year of learning the product and talking with our customers, I knew this was my home and I pursued the opportunity to move into sales. I wake up every day excited to get to work and share the Subaru experience with new customers!

Efficient, friendly, informative. Drove up from Appling after choosing one of three vehicles emailed to us by Adam Anderson. Then he introduced us to Charles Williams, who walked us through the financial paperwork efficiently -- and kept us laughing, too! Then back to Adam, who not only showed us through the electronics in my new Outback, but paired my phone up to the car (Bluetooth), too. My husband was so impressed with the service we received from Adam that he asked Adam to keep an eye out for a specific used truck for him. Should one come available, we will be traveling up to Subaru of Gwinnett again! More

A terrible buying experience Salesman was rude, arrogant, and texting the whole time we were together. When I offered to pay the full price of the car listed on the website with Salesman was rude, arrogant, and texting the whole time we were together. When I offered to pay the full price of the car listed on the website without any haggling, it devolved into a literal shouting match, with him wagging his finger in my face that "he could sell this car tomorrow for $1000 more" and that he didn't have to honor the listed price on the website. I asked him to repeat his comment so I could record him since it was illegal. After I nearly walked out, he finally agreed to honor the website price... after 10 minutes of brooding and twice calling me a liar to my face. The only reason I stayed was it was a good car I swallowed the Subaru "Love" marketing completely. They are just as corrupt and sleazy as any other car salesman.... there's no love for you here. Go in wary and protect your wallet. Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my 60 year life. Literally worst. I'm still angry a week later. I will NEVER visit this dealership again for any reason at all. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

New Forester Sport!! Walked in unplanned and drove a Crosstrek, with Adam. He gave a very detailed intro about Subaru's, their engine and drive. It stuck with me! Adam followed up but not so much it became annoying. I kept remembering that first Subaru discussion. I came back and drove the Forester, something a bit bigger from the CrossTrek… I left, drove a few Honda Models, and an Acura. Came back to Subaru in an early morning before the dealership opened to look in the window of the just delivered Forester sport... still Adam followed up. Weeks later I am still thinking about the first meeting and my first Subaru driving experience. Finally last week 19 May 2019 my husband negotiated a purchase of my white Forester Sport with Adam!!! I love this vehicle. I arrived and Adam gave me the run down on the operation of the vehicle. Detailed as usual. I have had BMWs, Toyota's, Acuras and my favorite, my Honda Accord. Not any more because I love my Forester Sport and thanks to Adam at Gwinnett Subaru. Even my 16 year was skeptical!! She loves it too. "its cool". Its proof first impressions can mean a lot!! Thanks Adam!!! More

Better customer service than other Subaru dealerships in GA Compared to the responses we received from other Subaru dealerships in the state (which ranged from curt to downright rude and aggressive), Adam from Compared to the responses we received from other Subaru dealerships in the state (which ranged from curt to downright rude and aggressive), Adam from the Gwinett sales team was a breath of fresh air. He was very pleasant to work with and communicated clearly and calmly. He was also very patient and thoughtful despite juggling multiple customers that day. We were also impressed by the person from the finance department and her straightforward approach. As first-time Subaru buyers, we had no idea what to expect during the car buying process, but it soon became clear after reaching out to multiple Subaru dealerships in the state that the process would not be as customer-forward and friendly as we had hoped; the common refrain from salespeople was there was zero room for negotiation on price as demand was greater than supply and there was no dealer incentive to work with the customer. This is a fair and valid point, but the message could have been delivered with less exasperation and impatience as we were first-time buyers and uninitiated to the world of Subaru and the brand. As it stands at certain points we felt like children in a new classroom being scolded by the teacher, which is to say our overall impression of Subaru in Georgia is one in which customer service is not a big priority. If it weren't for our experiences with Adam at Gwinnett, we probably would have moved onto a different car brand and dealership. And while I still don't know that we received a great deal in the end (the prearranged Costco price was quoted as the bottom line), ultimately we are happy with our purchase thanks to Adam. More
