He answered all my questions and asked if I would like to drive a loaner while my car was being worked on. Needless to say, the experience was a good one as we went back the next day and bought two vehicles, a new Outback and also a WRX. Adam was very thorough, and everyone we met the dealership was professional. From the service check in team and Alyssa, to meeting and working with Adam/sales, to the finance manager (can't remember his name), everything went very smoothly.
