The only thing outstanding was the trade-in value for my 2013 Honda Civic EX-L with Nav No pressure about the cost, used the USAA Car Buying Service. The only thing outstanding was the trade-in value for my 2013 Honda Civic EX-L with Navigation. Great experience and Adam smoothed out everything. Only negative was the length of time in the dealership but that was only between USAA and the dealership and as it turned out, terminology mismatches.
