Watch out for add on pressure My visit was going good until I met the salesperson for undercoating etc. When she realized I was not interested she stated , Well don’t expect GMC to My visit was going good until I met the salesperson for undercoating etc. When she realized I was not interested she stated , Well don’t expect GMC to do anything when your truck rust out, how unprofessional of a statement. This person also said GMC no longer treated the under side of the vehicles in the early 2000’s like my 2002 was done. I would love to talk with some upper level management about this. More

Always going Above and Beyond This service department is always going ABOVE and BEYOND to Help their customers. I have seen it and have experienced personally. They have saved me m This service department is always going ABOVE and BEYOND to Help their customers. I have seen it and have experienced personally. They have saved me many times and most recently even though I no longer live in the local area. Recently a GMC Dealer here in Wisconsin tried to charge me over $1,000 for a ACDelco part that was replaced at Southern GMC. This part comes with a Lifetime warranty! I contacted Southern GMC and they provided me copies of all my service papers and part numbers and proof of the part being an ACDelco. It SAVED me BIG TIME!! The GMC Dealer in Wisconsin claims they didn’t see in theirs system that it was a ACDelco part and apologized. However, I had asked them for the part the removed or to at least see it and there is an ACDelco manufacturer sticker right on it. Really?!?! How could they have not known. Thank you Southern for being a straight forward HONEST and TOP NOTCH Customer First Dealership!!! Thank you Shane McIntyre for leading a great Service team. I also want to Thank my dedicated sales Agents too. More
