This was an informative, no pressure environment I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Mercedes as my next car. Adam Burtner did not push or ever explain, he just suggested that I sit in the car. Honestly, that was all it took for me to change my mind. The car was every bit as luxurious as the high end brands at a much more affordable price. All of the people we dealt with during the purchase process were polite, considerate and informative. Best car buying experience ever. I am in my mid fifties and have purchased dozens of cars thru the years. I absolutely dislike car dealerships. I would rather have a root canal than purchase a car from a dealership. It's typically high pressure, they waste hours of time trying to wear down the customer to finally do their deal. They talk to customers as they are ignorant. It is typically not an enjoyable experience. However for the first time I purchased a car from a very nice salesman named Adam and sales manager named Bryan. No pressure! They were very helpful and led me to the best deal to fit my budget. They worked with me on the price. They were great guys to work with. I highly recommend Southern GMC Buick. More
