I have had issues with this vehic Brought in my 2014 Sierra 2500 HD Danali for service and worked with Lenny whom is a great asset to your Dealership. I have had issues with this vehicle, one in which my truck was in Lexington Kentucky for 33 days. I got no help from GMC with a loaner or the cost of renting a van to get home. I also had to pay 900$ to get my truck delivered to my home. Had issues the day after I got it back. I had all but given up on GMC. Your service department is Top Notch. I purchased my new Sierra from Southern because of the confidence and trust I have for them. As for the sales staff Katrina greeted my wife and I promptly and was very courteous. Our salesman Adam was fantastic to work with and was very knowledgeable. GREAT GUY. More

This was an informative, no pressure environment I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Merc I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Mercedes as my next car. Adam Burtner did not push or ever explain, he just suggested that I sit in the car. Honestly, that was all it took for me to change my mind. The car was every bit as luxurious as the high end brands at a much more affordable price. All of the people we dealt with during the purchase process were polite, considerate and informative. Adam followed up with me several days later to make sure I was happy with my new car, which I thought was really considerate. More
