While we were waiting for his arrival I asked to look at Terrains because we had driven an Acadia. We both liked the vehicle but my wife thought it was too large for her. Shawn showed us several from 2016 - 2019 as well as vehicles similar to the one we went in to test drive. When Adam arrived he went with us on test drives for both vehicles. He sent us home with the 2018 gently used terrain for weekend test drive. We went back on Monday without the vehicle and started the paperwork. Adam made it go as well as could be expected.. He was very helpful; courteoua, knowelagable and friendly. More

I went in the next day to get it detailed and the Brian Johnson in finance continued working to find me the best rate and best deal for my buck even after I left the dealership. Adam Burtner has my best interest in mind when explaining all the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Southern Buick and GMC to anyone. More
