I went in the next day to get it detailed and the Brian Johnson in finance continued working to find me the best rate and best deal for my buck even after I left the dealership. Easy going relaxed atmosphere. Brought in my 2014 Sierra 2500 HD Danali for service and worked with Lenny whom is a great asset to your Dealership. I have had issues with this vehic Brought in my 2014 Sierra 2500 HD Danali for service and worked with Lenny whom is a great asset to your Dealership. I have had issues with this vehicle, one in which my truck was in Lexington Kentucky for 33 days. I got no help from GMC with a loaner or the cost of renting a van to get home. I also had to pay 900$ to get my truck delivered to my home. Had issues the day after I got it back. I had all but given up on GMC. Your service department is Top Notch. I purchased my new Sierra from Southern because of the confidence and trust I have for them. As for the sales staff Katrina greeted my wife and I promptly and was very courteous. Our salesman Adam was fantastic to work with and was very knowledgeable. GREAT GUY. More
