Temecula Valley Lexus Service turned what could’ve been a vacation-ruining nightmare into a master-class in customer care. While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. Clean facility, transparent communication, and genuine empathy: this team embodies what a dealership service department should be. Thank you, Adam, and everyone at Temecula Valley Lexus for rescuing our vacation and exceeding every expectation. If you’re anywhere within driving distance—choose them. More

Dealership is basically first class. However…... The “Hunter Wheel Alignment Check System” is poor at best. Never works when I drive across it. If you have to go a certain speed ( However…... The “Hunter Wheel Alignment Check System” is poor at best. Never works when I drive across it. If you have to go a certain speed (say 6 mph) for it to work, then post a sign. Also it needs to sync with the monitors inside. Not the case last Tuesday. Seat covers need to be placed automatically along with temporary floor mats in the interior…. I had to ask for both. The interior door sill on the drivers side was filthy with shoe sole marks when the car was brought up to be delivered after service. Adam was gracious enough and apologetic to clean it up for me. This showed a lack of attention to detail from someone in the backstage service area. Not what I would expect from Lexus. There also needs to be a way to download and save the video the technician takes of the undercarriage. It only seems to be visible in the dealership. It would have been nice to show it to my wife when I got home. That would have been helpful to illustrate to her why I take the car to Lexus for a simple oil change. I understand the policy pertaining to secondary front floor mats. But, the secondary mat was laid out across the back seat leather, not in the trunk as the notice on the dash indicated. I didn’t appreciate the floor mat being laid on the seat. Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement is paramount to success and customer satisfaction. More
