One thing I really appreciate? The loaner car service. Instead of being stuck in a waiting room for hours, I was able to grab the keys, run errands, and even sneak in a lunch date. No wasted time, no stress -- just effortless efficiency. By the time I wrapped up my to-do list, my car was already done. Total service time was maybe three hours or less, which is honestly impressive.
I also love their modern approach to communication. They send a text with recommended services--you can review everything, approve what you need, and stay updated right from your phone. No back and forth, no guessing, no surprises.
The staff is friendly, the process is seamless, and the whole experience feels very Lexus: polished, thoughtful, and top-tier. Temecula Valley Lexus Service definitely earned this Elite review!
