Once TVL determined the problem, they had to reach out to two different vendors to have a circuit board rebuilt. While this did take some time, Richard IV stayed in touch regularly with updates until the job was completed. The car is now good as new. Having done business with other local Lexus dealers before the opening of TVL, I don’t believe that the other dealers would have even tried to revive my vehicle. I had never been completely happy with the service from the other local dealers. My car has always been serviced at a dealer since it was new.
