Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your visit, we confirmed that the applicable TSB is not covered at your vehicle’s mileage, and any related repair would be out of pocket. During your first visit with us, we completed a full inspection at no charge and provided a courtesy loaner while our master technician evaluated the concern. At the time of inspection, we were unable to duplicate or verify the condition described. We would never recommend or perform an out-of-pocket repair without first confirming the issue. We understand how frustrating intermittent concerns can be, and we’re happy to re-evaluate the vehicle if the condition becomes more consistent or worsens. Funny, I was told this was covered In total with the miles on the rx450HL by the manufacture warranty and the certified warranty and the TSB itself. You probably shouldn’t have responded to this because you’re flat out lying now to the public.

It is tedious and time consuming. We went to the Temecula Valley Lexus dealership this morning and was met by Philip Meneses. From the beginning, Philip was kind and personable and even though my husband was with me, Philip talked to me (not my husband) as I am the buyer, treated me with respect and patience, respected my boundaries. Philip explained everything to me, clarified each function, and provided honest suggestions and recommendations. Then he introduced me to the service department advisor and explained what will be needed for the first service check-up and what I should be expecting to come. Then he took me to the finance manager, Christiano Valencia, who in turn, explained what warranties were available for me. Although he presented different options, he was very polite and respected my choice and option. He was patient with me and what I chose to purchase. Above all else, I very much appreciated Philip and Christiano because they were not pushy. They did not try to push their opinions on me or anything I didn’t care for. That alone will get my business and my recommendation highly. I will definitely recommend Philip and Christiano of Temecula Valley Lexus.
