I'm from Lima and I've been here most of my life. I graduated from Bath High School in 2003 & I attended Bowling Green and Ohio State for about 5 years after that. I've worked in sales here at Allan Nott since 2008 and it doesn't seem nearly that long! I enjoy what I do and that I get to meet new people everyday! In my spare time I like to golf, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy anything to do with sports. Recently while my folks were on vacation they had some car trouble with their Accord. Far from home, they reached out to John Gould to see what help if any he would be able to offer. John did an amazing job advising them and helping them to get back on the road as soon as possible showing genuine concern for the situation (If you have an older set of parents, someone looking out for them when you cant means the world) Fast Forward to Sept. 10, 2014... I just purchased a new Honda Accord from Allan Nott and couldn't have had a smoother selling process from start to finish. John did an excellent job finding me the car I wanted, accessorizing it to my tastes and having it ready even ahead of when promised. The entire staff has gone out of its way to treat me and my family awesome. John Gould, Adam Cox and Brett Condon continue to exceed my expectations. If you haven't shopped Allan Nott lately, give them a try. More

Awesome staff & stress-free experience I'm extremely happy with my recent experience at this dealership. Jamie Williams was very helpful from the start of my "car shopping" and quickly set I'm extremely happy with my recent experience at this dealership. Jamie Williams was very helpful from the start of my "car shopping" and quickly set me up with an immediate appointment with George Pulfer who finally made my car shopping experience an exciting one. In the past, I would encounter the typical "car salesman". George was easy-going, flexible, helpful, and most importantly, GENUINE AND HONEST. When I knew I had found the right one, Adam Cox didn't waste any time on getting the numbers drawn up for both a lease and a buy option. I wrapped up my experience with Steve Kowalski who was nice enough to explain things on my credit report and answer any questions I had regarding the paperwork to be signed. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient this experience was! I'm truly grateful and will never go anywhere else to buy or lease a vehicle :) More

Fair deal, great sales experience! They were sensitive to our need to stay within a decent payment range and worked with us graciously and kindly. Jeff in service was also very kind! Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I have been married for 47 years and we have lived in Maine, Tenn., Mich., Georgia, Ohio, and Texas so this was not our 1st rodeo. We actually put off buying a new car because of the expatriating experiences we have had before. This dealership is different. The people want to be here, and it shows. From the very 1st contact w/ Jamie, then the sales rep. Matt, to Adam to Jason the whole process took only about 2hrs.. this to me was unbelievable. A particular red Civic EX Coupe caught my attention that was just being unloaded from the delivery truck and I ultimately agreed to purchase that car. As it was later in the afternoon I was promised the car would be ready for pick up the next day and it was ready for me when I arrived to finalize the purchase. More
