I'm from Lima and I've been here most of my life. I graduated from Bath High School in 2003 & I attended Bowling Green and Ohio State for about 5 years after that. I've worked in sales here at Allan Nott since 2008 and it doesn't seem nearly that long! I enjoy what I do and that I get to meet new people everyday! In my spare time I like to golf, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy anything to do with sports. Fantastic purchase from a fantastic staff! Buying a car can be not only nerve wracking but also extremely time consuming. Those two descriptions couldn't be any further from what we experienced working with the staff here. This was our second time buying with them and it was just as great as the first. Dylan was extremely helpful in getting us into a vehicle that fit our needs individually as well as the needs of our family as a whole. Even the staff that weren't working personally with us were very friendly and attentive. Along with being helpful with the actual sale, Dylan, Adam and Matt were very personable and friendly. Dylan had great conversation with my husband about multiple things and even made conversation with my toddler to help pass the time while we were test driving the first time we bought with them. We already knew that we loved Honda vehicles and we now know for sure that we will continue to be loyal customers with this staff and location. More

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Allan Nott! We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna. Our experience was awesome! We were undecided between a Sienna or an Odyssey and if we wanted new or used. Bryan Risner spent tons of time driving lots of vehicles with us and answering all our questions. He really wanted us to be happy and took lots of time looking at all our options. He had Adam Cox help us look at all the purchase options available and got us a great price. We really felt they did their best to give us a good price on our trade-in vehicle and a great price on our new Sienna. We were really happy with our experience! Steve answered lots of questions while getting our financing set up and was very helpful. Tyler Hepp did an awesome job walking me through every feature and button on my new van...I was so excited to have that all explained as I'm not good with all the phone pairing set up and that kind of thing. Now I know how to use every feature and love using it! Our experience was awesome, we couldn't be happier! And we happened to be there during the Fall Fest and went home with two giant mums and pumpkins for the kids! It was actually fun buying our new car! The staff is top notch! More

I had researched my desired purchase; had a few questions about other models and was able to view these. -Just to make sure I was making the right choice for us. All questions answered. Informational test drive. Mark respected my desire to get the best financial deal possible. After purchase, a most comprehensive tutorial of the car's many convenient features. I came away feeling comfortable driving our new Accord. I had been apprehensive about changing after so many years. - Now if I can just adjust to gear shift at console and stop turning on the windshield wipers. -Our visit ran after business hours and yet we felt no pressure.
