I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but White’s Toyota of Lima absolutely earned this one, and especially Bryan. I’m extremely particular when it comes to vehicles, and I had a long list of very specific questions about this Sienna before I ever committed to buying it. Bryan was patient, responsive, and never made me feel like I was being difficult for wanting details. He answered everything he could, tracked down answers when he couldn’t, sent pictures and videos, and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying before I traveled out of state for it. What impressed me most was the dealership’s willingness to make sure our used vehicle was presented in as close to new condition as possible. They addressed the things I pointed out, took care of cosmetic concerns, handled the Toyota Gold certification, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I was happy with the van rather than just getting it off the lot. They also sent a driver roughly two hours each way to pick me up from the airport at no charge, which made buying a vehicle from several states away incredibly easy. The biggest example of their customer service happened literally right before I drove off the lot. I noticed a small, very hard-to-see chip with some small cracking in the windshield. After I got home and had Safelite inspect it, it was determined that the windshield would need to be replaced to properly fix the cracking. The cost was around $1,000, and White’s stood behind the vehicle and agreed to reimburse me even though I was already home and the sale was complete. That says a lot about how they do business. Bryan was excellent from the first conversation through after the sale — responsive, straightforward, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. There was never any pressure or typical dealership runaround. If this would let me give six stars out of five, I would. Buying a used vehicle sight-unseen from another state could have been stressful as xxxx, but Bryan and White’s Toyota made it one of the easiest and best dealership experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them, even with the distance. More

Friends suggested Whites Honda and Sales Rep Bryan Risner. I am retired, consider myself fairly versed on vehicles, sales, local pricing etc. I had a multi year plan for several Hondas. Great interactions with other staff also, Admin, sales, service, parts, even the courtesy drivers. Example, a used Honda I didn't buy it there, service dept. treated me as if I did.
