When we reached her best & final offer, she was firm but clear. My experience overall was top-notch, including F&I (Tony). Overall, I highly recommend working with this team and this dealership. Adam was knowledgeable and spent ample time explaining the CX-5 and showing me the differences between model years. Adam is a "no-pressure" salesman.
