Firstly, Heather Ramos was friendly, welcoming, and helpful when scheduling our test drive and greeting us upon arrival. Adam Dean then took over and he was brilliant from start to finish. Adam is genuine, funny, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He ensured we got the full Mazda experience by taking us on a test drive that included city and highway driving. He answered all our questions and told us a lot more about the CX-5 than we knew to ask. Finally, Jay Barnard took excellent care of us in the financing department. He patiently explained all we needed to know and thoroughly answered every question we had. He is a true gentleman. After we were done with Jay, we were pleasantly surprised to find Adam waiting for us with a big smile, even though the dealership had closed. He took the time to give us a tour of all CX-5's features. We really could not be more grateful for the warm, outstanding, and respectful treatment we received. We will definitely be back! I negotiated this deal with Adam Dean and had an awesome experience. Adam was up against 2 other types of vehicles (Toyota and Subaru) and we were able to come to terms for a deal that felt fair for both sides. Adam wasn't aggressive, and most importantly when I went to pick up the Mazda, the numbers were exactly as we had discussed. Couldnt be more satisfied and will use them again. On a personal note, when Adam heard that the CX-5 was my daughters first car he gave me a huge pink bow to place on the hood. My daughters expression was priceless! More

I had no plans of getting This is my second time doing business with Colonial Mazda and I'll be back again. I had 4 payments left on my Mazda 6 lease. I had no plans of getting out of it early and into a brand new Mazda for a rediculoudly good price, but Heather Ramos, the internet sales manager, contacted me with an offer that I couldn't refuse. She told me that Mazda had some great programs and incentives going on, and they were able to completely wave my remaining payments and still keep my new payments affordable. I LOVED my 16 Mazda 6 and they did everything they could to keep me in the car I love!!! Just newer, with more features! The GM, Dave Adam, really worked on my behalf to help me stay in my budget, while still being able to afford tire and wheel coverage, which was important to me, as I have had to use it in the past! My salesman Nelson Mejias was there for me to answer any question I had, and even worked with scheduling me in to get tints from an outside company at a fair price. I cannot say enough good things about Colonial Mazda from the friendly sales staff to their honest and helpful service department. They genuinely care and treat you like family, and for that reason you should try them out. If anyone is in need of a new Mazda, GO TO COLONIAL!! You won't regret it! More
