I just picked up my Mazda CX5- fully loaded last night. I am still learning how to use all of the technology in it, as I am in that age bracket where technology does not come easy to say the least. After spending 2 hours with me last night, Adam patiently spent another hour with me today explaining everything until I felt comfortable. He wants me to come back again until I am an expert in this car. He is sooo sweet! I love this guy! Now for the kicker...because I have an extremely busy schedule, he even brought the car to my office to test drive it because I had no time to go into the dealership. Have you ever heard of that before? No...because there is only ONE ADAM DEAN!! Run to Colonial Mazda, and ask for Adam. He is honest, patient and absolutely the nicest car salesman I have ever met! I walked out with an affordable monthly payment on a BRAND NEW 2018 Mazda 3. He was more than fair with my trade-in offer and estimated a monthly payment within my budget. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and with complete transparency in a no-pressure atmosphere. After I decided he had made me an offer I couldn't refuse, I got everything I wanted and more within an hour from entering the door to purchase the vehicle. I really liked the 2 people who helped me - Adam Dean and Heather Ramos. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is my first Mazda and the first time I didn't feel pressured to buy something. Nobody bugged me with unwanted reminder calls and follow-ups. They gave me space, which I liked. Very nice people. This dealership seems to be a good culture to work in, too. A good vibe. Adam and Heather covered all the paperwork with no hiccups. I didn't really have to do much in the buying process. I test drove the car one day and started the buying process that week. Seven days in all, I am in my new car. The day before I purchased it, I changed my mind about the color and they still had everything ready the next day, insurance, registration, everything done. I would highly recommend going to Colonial Mazda. I have a great car, with excellent features. It's the first time I drove away from a dealership with a new car and didn't feel "taken."
