Bad week turned awesome! My car was totaled a month before my wedding and I was not looking forward to adding the stress of car shopping into the stress of last-minute wedding My car was totaled a month before my wedding and I was not looking forward to adding the stress of car shopping into the stress of last-minute wedding prep. Everyone at Colonial Mazda made our experience as easy and fun as possible. Adam was very knowledgeable about the different cars we were interested in and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He spent hours with us as we debated which car we wanted, and even let us test drive the same car multiple times when we still weren't sure! When they didn't have the exact car I decided on in stock, Adam spent several days (including Thanksgiving) finding the exact car I wanted at a nearby dealership. He kept in touch the entire time so I knew what was going on, and worked with my schedule so I could pick up my new car. I would highly recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone in the market for a car. More

He worked closely with me to figure out what I really wanted while working in my budget. He had no problem dropping what he was doing to take me out on test drives. When he showed me the Mazda 3 hatchback I was taken back. I knew and he knew this was my car! He set me up for success and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me when I picked my car up. He even changed my insurance carrier at the least minute in fact he stayed almost 3 hours late just so I could pick up my car on the date I wanted. He is the epitome of professionalism and personablilty. Thank you so much colonial mazda, I barely snuck away from the wheel for enough time to write this review! Back to driving!! More

Great Experience with Adam Dean I had a great buying experience with Adam Dean. Within minutes of being at the dealership, I was test driving the car that I was interested in. Once I had a great buying experience with Adam Dean. Within minutes of being at the dealership, I was test driving the car that I was interested in. Once I decided to buy, I was able to negotiate a satisfactory price for the car and my trade-in without the usual extended back and forth and long waits while the salesman speaks to the manager. Adam presented information about other services that would be offered to me during the contract signing in an informational, no-pressure manner, which gave me time to do my research before returning later in the day to finalize the contract and pick up my new car. It is a car dealership, and they are in the business of making money, so not surprisingly there was a harder sell by the finance department when signing the contracts to add additional services and warranties. As always when making a large purchase, be sure to ask a lot of questions, read everything you are signing, and go over all of the numbers, and you will be fine. Based on reviews of other Mazda dealerships I have seen online, it is probably a standard pitch, but using scare tactics of how much could go wrong with your new car in order to sell a warranty or protective services is a little off-putting. I would prefer to hear that my new purchase is built to last a very long time, which given Mazda's reputation, I believe to be the case. Nonetheless, even these interactions were friendly and relatively low pressure (definitely better than my prior car buying experiences). Overall, the experience was not very stressful, and Adam was great to work with. He will expertly assist and guide you through the buying experience, and cares about his customers. More
