Straightforward and quick deal We came in having already picked out the exact car we wanted. Easy, fast, wonderful! I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I was not impressed. We went to Colonial Mazda and as soon as we walked in Adam stepped up to answer all of our questions. He was great! He answered everything we had to ask with confidence a friendly personality. We looked at the Mazda 6 and I fell in love with it as soon as I sat down. He gave us all the papers we needed and was very sure this would be an easy process, which I didn't believe cause of all the stories I've ever heard of car dealerships, but he was correct! The next day we went in around 4pm, signed all the paper work and by 5:30pm had the car ready to drive! Actually it was ready to drive even before I got there ! Adam gave me a tour of the car and how to use it. I would highly recommend getting your next car at colonial Mazda, the Atmosphere is so positive and comfortable you'll be happy with your next choice from here. More

3rd successful Mazda purchased at Colonial! When our Mazda 5 lost its transmission, we were devastated. It had been a great car and served us well. We went happily back to Colonial Mazda of Danbury knowing we could trust this dealership to take care of us and not jerk us around. Roy (sales manger), Joe (service manager) and Jerermy (lead service) already had a 5 star rating with our family and knew we were in good hands. This was going to be our 3rd purchase with this dealership! Then we were paired with Adam Dean who patiently and caringly aided in delivering our new Mazda CX5 to us. He was a doll and made the experience all the more relaxing and easy. Colonial Mazda bears no resemblance to the nasty image that other car dealerships traditionally have.
