My relationship with Jeremy and overall comfort level with the dealership grew over the years, which turned into (not surprisingly) an EASY and great car buying experience. I was introduced to Adam who was my salesmen and it felt like I was buying a car from my friend from the beginning. Adam made the whole experience effortless and really helped me out with my trade in as well as ensuring I got my S-plan pricing on the new vehicle. The teamwork and service of Jeremy and Adam was top notch. I had been hesitating to get rid of my old Subaru, but after talking with him, it was time to let go of the old girl. The test drive of the CX-5 was the funnest I've ever had. We drove around Candlewood back roads and the SUV handled like a car! He made it painless and easy. His manager Roy was so great in getting me the best financing and really looked out for my best interest. Best experience for a first time buyer! I came to this dealership because my old car had seen its last day and I was panicking because I had no car and couldn't get to work. My boyfriend got his car at Colonial Mazda through Adam so that's where I started. Adam was so so accommodating! I flat out told him what I could afford and what I couldn't. He didn't push me at all and recommended what he could within my price range (a very pretty white Mazda3). He was extremely helpful with making sure I got my loan and he also answered any questions I had (of which there were many). Fred was also very kind to me. He was tasked with explaining to me the different insurance options and gap insurance. He, thankfully, was very patient as I tried to comprehend all the information coming at me. I felt Fred was looking out for my best interests and genuinely wanted the best for me. I would 100% recommend Colonial Mazda for anyone who is looking for a new/preowned car! More
