Took my jeep wrangler to have them fix a leaky hard top. After a week at the dealership they returned my jeep with soaking wet interior and hard water spots all over the exterior. Drooped it off for recall update, which takes a couple of hours. I also asked them to look at little defect in leather but evidently they didn't have time even though it was right there on the inside of the hours. The service department addressed my Truck’s problem well. The only problem was that I was not told it was a “drop off” appointment and I came thinking I could wait but it was going to take 5 or 6 plus hours The only problem was that I was not told it was a “drop off” appointment and I came thinking I could wait but it was going to take 5 or 6 plus hours and I couldn’t wait that long. Also, the shuttle was too busy to get me home so I had to pay $29 to Uber home and come back later. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but also voiced some safety concerns/ issues I was having with my vehicle. I felt like although they listened to my concerns, the safety of myself and my fami voiced some safety concerns/ issues I was having with my vehicle. I felt like although they listened to my concerns, the safety of myself and my family is not a priority to the dealership. I left feeling very unsettled and honestly don’t feel safe driving my family in a car that I only bought from this dealership a year ago. More
