After many calls and letters from Elk I am looking for a new truck and purchashed a vehicle from Elkins a few years ago and was very happy with them. After many calls and letters from Elkins promissing me top trade in for a buy I decided to go back. I was working on a deal with my salesman when my trade in offer came back. It was $2500 less then I was just offered somewhere else. I went in to see management to ask why and after a breif conversation with him he said "If you dont like it leave". After buying many cars over the years I was very insulted, I left and then came back 1 hour later to talk to his boss. I was told he was the boss and he then said to me " My last name is on the building and every car that we sell" After having words with him I left. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS.. More

He invited my wife and I in and began to settle my anxiety and concerns. Boris is very knowledgeable about his product and I appreciated getting all my questions asked about the car specs. and warranties. I took a test ride and Boris said take as much time as you need. He took me step by step thru the buying process. At my age I been to many dealerships to buy cars and in my experience they are the most professional, courteous and friendly people I have encountered. I also met Lisa, Bob and Adam and appreciated their help with the purchase. I will be back to by in December to buy my company car from Boris. I love my Camaro SS2 Convertible.
