Car leasing experience. I purchased my first SUV from Elkins in 2004. My second SUV was purchased at another dealership, only because they could not meet my timeline to find I purchased my first SUV from Elkins in 2004. My second SUV was purchased at another dealership, only because they could not meet my timeline to find me a white vehicle. However, I had all my service at Elkins. They also service my children non Chevrolet vehicles. The Elkins Team is above and beyond all others that I have death with previously. Thanks for being a FIRST CLASS company. Note- Time to complete transaction could be much shorter. This would be a major improvement. More

Looking for a new truck I am looking for a new truck and purchashed a vehicle from Elkins a few years ago and was very happy with them. After many calls and letters from Elk I am looking for a new truck and purchashed a vehicle from Elkins a few years ago and was very happy with them. After many calls and letters from Elkins promissing me top trade in for a buy I decided to go back. I was working on a deal with my salesman when my trade in offer came back. It was $2500 less then I was just offered somewhere else. I went in to see management to ask why and after a breif conversation with him he said "If you dont like it leave". After buying many cars over the years I was very insulted, I left and then came back 1 hour later to talk to his boss. I was told he was the boss and he then said to me " My last name is on the building and every car that we sell" After having words with him I left. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS.. More
