Michael, I wanted to apologize that we were unable to work up numbers that were agreeable to you. Unfortunately, you did not allow us the opportunity to justify our numbers before you took your keys and left. After discussing with others present, I believe there was a misunderstanding as to what was said. Nevertheless, you returning, being confrontational, and aggressively screaming in the showroom was totally unacceptable. In your words, no one should be treated like that.
