2012 CPO Chevy I was very impressed with the way that they handled their customer's concerns. For example, when I went in to trade in a Used Chevy pickup truck, I wa I was very impressed with the way that they handled their customer's concerns. For example, when I went in to trade in a Used Chevy pickup truck, I was first concerned at the trade-in value they offered which was significantly less than what I had expected to see for such a well-kept truck. They talked me through the process and talked about how by trading in my truck and purchasing a CPO vehicle I would only be paying sales tax on the difference of the vehicle. This alone saved me $900. They then helped me understand what it truly means to purchase a Certified-Pre-Owned vehicle (being covered for bumper-to-bumper for one year, free routine maintenance, etc). They explained to me that not every used vehicle they have onsite is CPO and the sedan I was purchasing was put thru GM's rigorous 172 point inspection before being officially certified. More
